As a lot of clients were asking us, we have decided to make HR interim management part of our portfolio and offer this actively to our clients.

This can happen as a bridging of a vacancy, e.g. for a maternity leave in a line HR function, for example as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Director.

Another possibility are temporary change project assignments in HR, for example in the areas of Recruiting, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Restructuring or M&A.This especially makes sense if own HR resources are not available or a neutral view from an external party is considered helpfull.
