Brief description:
Restructuring of a foods factory with 800 employees and socially responsible reduction of emloyee number to 200, mainly through transfers into other jobs with external emloyers in the region.
Subsequent site development and promotion programme and sale to another Foods Company with the successful transfer of 200 employees.
