After university degrees in social sciences and economics with a focus on HR Management, Thomas Keunecke has worked for nearly 25 years in different national and international HR Management functions in different industries in Germany and abroad.
In his latest job he was the HR Director Supply Chain for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe as well as for the whole Home and Personal Care business of a multinational consumer goods company in Europe.
Profound experience in leadership development and Coaching, organisation development, process optimisation and strategy development and a high expertise in international project management characterize him as well as social intelligence.
He has successfully implemented numerous change projects in DAX-30 and Euro-Stoxx enterprises as well as in mid-sized companies.
